To make our Greek Local Yogurt, we strain our Local Yogurt to remove liquid whey and lactose for a thicker-textured yogurt. We never add any artificial sweeteners, powdered milk or anything else that’s not necessary. (There’s no need for them since we start with superior quality milk.) Pasteurized and homogenized.

Excellent product !!
Smooth, silky with a pure, natural taste. The label says it all. Love the fact it’s produced on local farms in NY state and in small batches. The 6 oz containers are not easy to find vs. 16 oz. Hopefully smaller containers which are easier to carry for work/school snacks will become available in the near future. I shop at Fairways and Wholefoods supermarkets where I found this product.
