To make it, we start with the best local whole milk and add four live and active cultures: lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis and leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris. Unsalted, pasteurized and homogenized.
